სტუდენტის უფლებები და ვალდებულებები
სტუდენტის უფლებები და ვალდებულებები მოიცავს, მაგრამ არ შემოიფარგლება შემდეგით:
- უსაფრთხოება:
სტუდენტებს უფლება აქვთ ისწავლონ უსაფრთხო ფიზიკურ და ფსიქოლოგიურ გარემოში;
სტუდენტებს უფლება აქვთ, იყვნენ თავისუფალი შევიწროებისგან, სექსუალური შევიწროების ან ძალადობისგან, ბულინგის ან დისკრიმინაციისგან, უპატივცემულობისგან, დაზიანებისა და ძალადობისგან.
სტუდენტები პასუხისმგებელნი არიან საკუთარი წვლილი შეიტანონ აკადემიაში უსაფრთხო და ინკლუზიური გარემოს უზრუნველყოფაში. სტუდენტებმა თავი უნდა შეიკავონ ქცევისგან, რომელიც საფრთხეს უქმნის სხვათა ჯანმრთელობას, უსაფრთხოებას ან ღირსებას.
- ეთიკურობა და სამართლიანობა:
სტუდენტს აქვს სამართლიანი მოპყრობის უფლება, მათ შორის მის მიმართ განხორციელებული დისციპლინური დევნის პროცესში;
სტუდენტები პასუხისმგებელნი არიან ისეთი გარემოს შენარჩუნებაზე, რომელიც პატივს სცემს თანასწორობას, მრავალფეროვნებას და ინკლუზიას და თავისუფალია დისკრიმინაციისა და შევიწროებისგან.
სტუდენტს უფლება აქვს აკადემიის მიერ დადგენილი წესით ან სასამართლოში გაასაჩივროს აკადემიის მიერ მის მიმართ მიღებული გადაწყვეტილება.
სტუდენტები პასუხისმგებელნი არიან საკუთარი ქმედებების ზოგადად მიღებულ და აკადემიის შინაგანაწესით დადგენილ ეთიკურ ნორმებთან შესაბამისობაზე.
- პოლიტიკა და პროცედურები:
სტუდენტებს აქვთ წვდომის უფლება აკადემიის და სტუდენტური ორგანიზაციების პოლიტიკაზე, პროცედურებსა და სახელმძღვანელო პრინციპებზე.
სტუდენტს უფლება აქვს დადგენილი წესით ისარგებლოს აკადემიის მატერიალურ-ტექნიკური ბაზით, საინფორმაციო საშუალებებით, ბიბლიოთეკითა და სხვა სასწავლო რესურსებით;
სტუდენტს უფლება აქვს სახელმწიფოსგან, აკადემიისაგან ან სხვა წყაროებიდან მიიღოს სტიპენდია, ფინანსური ან მატერიალური დახმარება, სხვა სახის შეღავათები, დადგენილი წესით;
სტუდენტი პასუხისმგებელია აკადემიის ყველა პოლიტიკის, პროცედურების და პრინციპების დაცვაზე;
სტუდენტი პასუხისმგებელია აკადემიის კუთვნილი მატერიალურ-ტექნიკური ბაზის და რესურსების მიზნობრივ გამოყენებაზე, საზოგადოებაში აკადემიის დადებითი იმიჯისა და რეპუტაციის შენარჩუნებაზე.
- გამოხატვის და გაერთიანების თავისუფლება:
სტუდენტს აქვს თავისუფალი გამოხატვის, რწმენის, პოლიტიკური გაერთიანებისა და შეკრების უფლება, იმ პირობით, რომ ეს არ ზღუდავს სხვათა უფლებებს და საფრთხეს არ უქმნის აკადემიის ეფექტურ ფუნქციონირებას ან არ არღვევს აკადემიის პოლიტიკასა და პროცედურებს.
სტუდენტს უფლება აქვს თავისუფლად გამოხატოს საკუთარი აზრი და დასაბუთებული უარი თქვას იმ იდეათა გაზიარებაზე, რომელსაც სთავაზობენ სასწავლო პროცესის მიმდინარეობისას;
სტუდენტს უფლება აქვს თავისუფლად დააფუძნოს პროფესიული და სხვა სტუდენტური ორგანიზაციები ან/და გაერთიანდეს მათში;
სტუდენტს უფლება აქვს საყოველთაო, პირდაპირი და თანასწორი არჩევნების საფუძველზე, ფარული კენჭისყრით აირჩიოს წარმომადგენელი და არჩეულ იქნეს მართვის კოლეგიალურ ორგანოებში აკადემიის დებულების შესაბამისად;
სტუდენტები პასუხისმგებელნი არიან გამოიყენონ თავიანთი უფლებები და თავისუფლებები პატიოსნების, სამართლიანობის, თანასწორობისა და ადამიანის უფლებების პრინციპების პატივისცემით.
- ანგარიშვალდებულება:
სტუდენტს აქვს თანაბარ პირობებში, ხარისხიანი განათლების მიღების უფლება. სტუდენტებს უფლება აქვთ გაეცნოს საკუთარი კურსებისა და პროგრამების შინაარსსა და პირობებს, უფლება აქვს გამოიყენოს მობილობა, მოითხოვოს არაფორმალური და ფორმალური განათლების აღიარება, დაასრულოს სწავლა იმ პროგრამაზე, რომელზეც სწავლობს.
სტუდენტს უფლება აქვს მონაწილეობა მიიღოს საკუთარი ინდივიდუალური სასწავლო გეგმის შემუშავებაში;
სტუდენტები პასუხისმგებელნი არიან საკუთარ ინდივიდუალურ თუ ჯგუფურ ქმედებებზე,
სტუდენტი პასუხისმგებელია საკუთარ სწავლაზე.
სტუდენტი პასუხისმგებელია აკადემიური და პირადი პრობლემების გადაჭრაზე შესაბამის პერსონალთან კომუნიკაციით.
სტუდენტები პასუხისმგებელია გაეცნოს ინფორმაციას და კორესპონდენციას, რომლებიც მას მიეწოდება ერთიანი საკომუნიკაციო ქსელებით ან სხვა რელევანტური საშუალებებით.
- პატიოსნება და კონფიდენციალურობა:
სტუდენტს აქვს სამართლიანი მოპყრობის უფლება, მათ შორის მის მიმართ განხორციელებული დისციპლინური დევნის პროცესში;
სტუდენტს აქვს უფლება დაცული იყოს მისი პერსონალური ინფორმაცია და კონფიდენციალურობა, აკადემიის პოლიტიკისა და არსებული კანონმდებლობის შესაბამისად.
სტუდენტი პასუხისმგებელია ისეთი გარემოს შენარჩუნებაზე, რომელიც პატივს სცემს თანასწორობას, მრავალფეროვნებას და ინკლუზიას და თავისუფალია დისკრიმინაციისა და შევიწროებისგან.
სტუდენტი ვალდებულია დაცვას სხვათა პერსონალური მონაცემები, ასევე ინფორმაცია აკადემიის შესახებ, რაც მისთვის გახდა ცნობილი, თუმცა აკადემიის მიერ არ არის გასაჯაროებული.
სტუდენტი ვალდებულია არიან გააცნობიეროს, რომ ინტერნეტ სივრცეში განთავსებული ყველა სურათი, პოსტი, დიალოგი და ინფორმაცია საკუთარი თავის ან სხვების შესახებ არის საჯარო.
ამ დოკუმენტის მიზნებისათვის სტუდენტი ნიშნავს პროფესიულ სტუდენტს, მსმენელს ან სხვა ნებისმიერ პირს, რომელიც სარგებლობს აკადემიის საგანმანათლებლო სერვისებით.

Student’s rights and responsibilities
Student rights and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Safety:
Students have the right to study in a safe physical and psychological environment;
Students have the right to be free from harassment, sexual harassment or violence, bullying or discrimination;
Students are responsible for contributing to a safe and inclusive environment at the academy. Students must refrain from conduct that endangers the health, safety, or dignity of others.
- Ethics and fairness:
The student has the right to be treated fairly, including in the process of disciplinary proceedings against him;
Students are responsible for maintaining an environment that respects equality, diversity and inclusion and is free from discrimination and harassment.
The student has the right to appeal the decision made by the Academy against him in the manner established by the Academy or in court.
Students are responsible for the compliance of their actions with the generally accepted and established ethical norms of the academy.
- Policies and Procedures:
Students have the right to access the policies, procedures and guidelines of the academy and student organizations.
The student has the right to use the material and technical base of the Academy, information facilities, library and other educational resources in accordance with the established rules;
The student has the right to receive a scholarship, financial or material support, other benefits from the state, academy or other sources, according to the established procedure;
The student is responsible for following all policies, procedures and principles of the Academy.
The student is responsible for the targeted use of the material and technical base and resources belonging to the Academy, for maintaining the positive image and reputation of the Academy in society.
- Freedom of expression and association:
A student has the right to freedom of expression, belief, political association, and assembly, provided it does not abridge the rights of others and does not endanger the effective functioning of the Academy or violate Academy policies and procedures.
The student has the right to freely express his opinion and to justify his refusal to share the ideas offered during the educational process;
The student has the right to freely establish professional and other student organizations and/or join them;
The student has the right to elect a representative by secret ballot on the basis of universal, direct and equal elections and to be elected to the collegial governing bodies in accordance with the academy’s regulations;
Students are responsible for exercising their rights and freedoms in a manner that respects the principles of honesty, fairness, equality and human rights.
- Accountability:
The student has the right to receive quality education under equal conditions. Students have the right to familiarize themselves with the content and conditions of their courses and programs, have the right to use mobility, to request recognition of informal and formal education, to complete their studies on the program they are studying.
The student has the right to participate in the development of his own individual study plan;
Students are responsible for their own individual or group actions,
The student is responsible for his own learning.
The student is responsible for resolving academic and personal problems by communicating with appropriate personnel.
Students are responsible for familiarizing themselves with information and correspondence provided to them through unified communication networks or other relevant means.
- Honesty and Privacy:
The student has the right to be treated fairly, including in the process of disciplinary proceedings against him;
The student has the right to have his/her personal information and privacy protected in accordance with the Academy’s policy and current legislation.
The student is responsible for maintaining an environment that respects equality, diversity and inclusion and is free from discrimination and harassment.
The student is obliged to protect the personal data of others, as well as information about the Academy, which has become known to him, although it has not been made public by the Academy.
The student is obliged to understand that all images, posts, dialogues and information about himself or others posted on the Internet are public.
For the purposes of this document, student means a professional student, trainee or any other person who uses the educational services of the Academy.
