On December 12, 2013, Business Academy of Georgia-SBA was entitled, to implement Custom Broker vocational program by the decision of authorization council of higher education institutions.

On September 25, 2014, Business Academy of Georgia-SBA was entitled, to implement English language Business Administration bachelor program, by the decision of authorization council of higher education institutions.

On August 09, 2018, Business Academy of Georgia-SBA was gained the status of comminity college.
