On November 9th Study tour was organized for students of Customs Specialty at Business Academy of Georgia-SBA. Students visited the Customs checkpoint “Red Bridge” and the Customs Clearance Zone in “Tbilisi.” During the visit, they acquainted in details the border crossing point, Customs Clearance Economic Zone and other Structural unit functions of Customs. Inspected, persons, vehicles and cargo customs processing operations.
On Customs checkpoint “Red Bridge” Traffic control operation was carried out by imitating with Criminal involvement and the help of a dog, They found smuggled goods. Also, attended the examination procedure of individual which was carried out by means of special equipment. During working with Individual operators they took part in Customs declaration filling process. At the end of the study tour Customs officers conducted a presentation about Custom body work and activates carried out by them.
