“Georgian Employers Association” with the support of the German government, is implementing the “Vocational education and training project”, the main goal of the project are the main challenges of the labor market to improve the level of Professional and technical training to create precedents of best practices.
As a result of the activities implemented by the “Georgian Employers Association” the basis of Cooperation of regional and Tbilisi enterprises, in principles of “Workplace learning” young people are employed in association member companies.
This information is important for the Ministry of Education and Science for vocational education policy objectives for the forming purposes. The co-operation between Georgia and Germany within the framework of additional mechanisms, play an important role in vocational education and the labor market in terms of convergence.
